We had toilet issues over the weekend, and finally decided to call a plumber on Monday about 11:00. They were the only plumber to answer a phone. We asked if they could come out the same day (and really did not expect that), but they said yes. Matt and Jonah arrived about 1:20, and they had the toilet fixed and a new faucet installed in the bathroom within 30 minutes. They did a great job and explained the issues to us. The next time we need a plumber, they will be the first place we call.

I had called a few companies and couldn’t get a plumber when I came across a listing for first action. My water heater was out and leaking and I needed some help. Scott came out and looked at my heater. I opted to purchase my own and he came back out to install it for me the next day. Very reasonable price and fantastic customer service! I will a customer from here on out and will send my friends and colleagues their way.

Matt and Jonah with First Action Plumbing Services came out to repair a leaky hot water line under the sink. First, when I called I half-heartedly asked if they could come out *today*. The lady said, "Sure." Well, I could hardly believe that. This was not the first place I had called and either nobody was home or it was going to be 2 to 3 days out. I couldn't believe my luck. They were here in an hour (Had a spot of lunch first) and out in 20 minutes. Could not be more pleased with the service. The cost was...well, kinda pricey, but I would have paid the same or more anywhere else. That's plumbers
