I was shopping around for estimates on gutters and was referred to Elite. Scott came out to estimate the project and was very prompt with the proposal. The project cost was more than fair and I was impressed how well they were able to make accommodations to work around my work schedule. I worked directly with Scott and his team at Elite. The price was fair, but most importantly Scott was so helpful and honest. He noticed that my roofing company had not completed their job correctly, and he took the time to explain to me what was wrong. After my roofing company came back to fix their issues, Elite was able to finish my gutters!! I could not be happier with this company.

Working with Scott and the Elite Gutter team was a great experience. From the initial contact and response, to the on-site visit and quotation, to the completed job, the team was professional, courteous, and straightforward. There were no gimmicks, sales pressure, or other tactics. I appreciate the honest approach of Elite Gutters, and the quality of work they performed. In the end, I replaced the gutters on the front of my home, along with upgraded size of downspouts. The rear of the home I kept the one straight gutter that was there, but upgraded the one downspout and added the mesh guard to

Crew came in at the scheduled time, greeted me and reaffirmed the job agreed for, did a final walk through. Couldn't be more pleased. Useless. First the guy came 1 1/12 hours before scheduled appointment and laughed and said he was early. Then he got his drone stuck on my roof and didn't have a ladder to get it down. Then he told me I was wrong that my gutters should be functioning correctly. I told him the water is coming straight down and I can see a gap between the gutters and the house. He wouldn't listen. Don't hire them or have them come out to do an estimate. Waste of time.
