My bathroom demo was done by Owen H. and Garren P. And they were awesome. They were courteous, patient, and did a wonderful job demoing the bathroom to get it ready for install the next day. My bathroom was particularly challenging because there were several layers of tile and concrete all over the place. The demo took longer than they expected and even after it was done they took care to clean my house and were super apologetic about the noise and dust (which comes with renovations). Aaron and Collin did the demolition on our old bathtub yesterday to prepare for the install of our new tub. Shoe covers & tarps were used to protect our carpet. They asked to take pictures off an adjoining wall & moved nearby items to make sure nothing would get broken due to the vibrations, and removed items from the bathroom to keep them clean. Their foresight was really appreciated. They were knowledgeable, curtious, friendly, and did a great job. Clayton's team installed a walk-in shower. From demolition to finish his work and attitude was very professional as well as personable. The only criticism I have with Sir Home Improvement, is with the project management communications with me. This may have been due to their workload coming off the covid lock down. The company stands behind their work and strives to keep the customer happy.

We had Matthew Brocker as our installer. We had our bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. He got us involved with how we wanted the placement of soap holders and grab bars before he started the job. He was very professional in his work and when done he went over what we should do to keep it looking great. His work is very good and this company cleans up really well after they are done!

The end of March we signed a contract with this company because we were impressed with their history, product, and promised work. After the project manager came out to measure and make sure they had our design right, we were told we'd have drawings within a couple weeks. After a few weeks I called and left a message for the project manager - in fact called 3 times and sent an email with no response. My son finally went to the office and spoke with a couple different people. They sent another person out to make sure the drawings they finally had were correct. They were not and he promised me new

Anthony did a great job putting up the new shower wet space. On time and very professional. Was able to answer all questions and make suggestions.
Josh did a great job installing the new flooring, toilet, and finishing up the wall repair. Kept me informed of where we are in the renovation.
Both gentlemen deserve 5 stars.

Company installed new walk in shower to replace combo tub-shower. Although it was not the least expensive estimate we received , we were very impressed with the professionalism of the company Sir Home Improvement. We want to give a special shout out to our installer Billy. He did a super job. Everything was expertly done. He was punctual,worked long hours, efficiently cleaned everything up and removed all old stuff promptly. He answered all of our questions.. Sir Home does not honor their lifetime warranty. Bought windows and siding from them years ago. Was told I had a lifetime warranty that would cover anything. The lifetime warranty was even transferable to a new owner if I sold my house. The first few years were fine. The company would send someone out when I had a issue and take care of it free of charge. After that when I called they would have someone come out to look at the issue and then call me back and tell me it's not covered. Now I have a bad window and they are telling me that the company that supplied them with the window

** The owner took control of the situation near the end. He communicated with me directly multiple times to make sure I was taken care of and even came out to check the work on our windows himself and gave me updates on anything after the project was done. All in all the windows are wonderful and the owner did his best to make the situation right and I appreciated it greatly.
The "House Special" windows are nice, just as the sales rep talked them up to be. Love them! The company on the other hand has some work to do. The customer service and communication were horrible
