A good deal of our business comes from client referrals, letting you know we are extremely good at our job.
Re-grouting is needed when grout starts to age, crack, gets discolored or when mold & mildew becomes a visible issue. If the grout is in good condition but there are still cracks and grout missing; patching up with a similar grout will work to help stop leaks and moisture from getting behind the tiles.
Tile Repair & Replacement covers a wide variety of surfaces and areas that contain tiles such as kitchen floors, bathroom walls, backsplashes, shower floors etc. Tiles can get damaged, cracked or broken for a numerous amount of reasons; some examples are but not limited to aging, wear and tear, structural settlement, seasonal changes that may cause warping or movement, improper installation, water and material failure.
Tile installations when done with the proper materials and proper techniques should last a minimum of 10yrs before any significant problems occur. The problem with doing tile installations the right way is, it's very expensive and time consuming. You can have 'The Best Tile' in the world but if it's not installed properly it will fail, crack and become loose over a shorter period of time.
Water Damage occurs when water finds it way into a structure and is left unaddressed for a considerable amount of time. Leaving an area unattended to may cause numerous amount of issues such as but not limited to; mold or mildew growth which can become a health hazard; leaking and possible damage to adjacent areas; wall, floor or ceiling failure as well as tile, grout and caulk failure.

The owner came to my house to repair grout lines in my shower he himself fixed several years ago. He worked for about 35 minutes and was pd $250
The next day , I noticed he missed two lines. I called him again and he returned. He filled the open tile joints BUT USED A WHITE STICKY filler, rather than the matching grout which I supplied. It looks awful ! I would have dine a better job myself. Several days later a large grout line he filled cracked and the grout is coming out . I called him again and texted him many many times. There is no answer on the phone and no response to the texts .

I can't praise Jay and his professionalism and workmanship enough. He re-grouted and re-caulked 3 bathrooms for us and all three rooms look brand new. It is a real pleasure having a craftsman like Jay bring these rooms back to life. When I called his office and spoke with a very polite young lady she scheduled him to come out to give me an estimate, after we agreed on a price he gave me the time frame for the work. All the work was completed on time with no extra costs.

I had a great experience with Jay "The Grout Savior!" I had an issue where my upstairs shower was leaking downstairs into my kitchen. Jay was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and his estimates and prices were very reasonable. He was able to redo the seals in several areas and he corrected some poor work that was done by the previous owners. Jay took his time and made sure the job was done right. It's been well over a month and I'm happy to report no leaks at all - the water beads up and runs off the trouble areas with ease. Jay is a master and I highly recommend if you need

I was thinking to do it myself, luckily I did not. The owner came and gave a fair estimate. He said this is all he does and masterly good at it. I believed him and hired him. He showed up sharply on time and did an amazing job. I admired his concentration and dedication to every detail. If he was a sushi chef, I believe he could be the master I would always go to. I will definitely recommend him again and again.

My bathroom tile and caulking were looking pretty rough, I've been putting off doing it myself for over a year. Before having a houseguest we had to get this done asap. In a few hours Jay made my bathroom look brand new again, at a price that was far below what it would have cost me in tools, etc. Work was fast, and everything was left clean and neat. I have already passed his number to many friends and relatives. Highly recommended.

Jay was really nice and helpful. He told me he couldn't fix my sink and was honest with me because it wasnt the field he works in. As for my kitchen tile floors, he told me to wait another season until to fully see which ones were loose before fixing just a few of them. You can tell he's honest and he's not out there to just fix things when they dont need fixing just to get your money. I will definitely be calling him again to fix my floors and recommend him to friends and family. He was very responsive, called me back and showed up that same day.
