Called Friday morning air not working right, they came right out. Decided I needed bigger unit because of addition. Gave me an estimate I agreed to it, even though I thought it was a little high but I just wanted it to be done. And they seemed professional and knowledgeable. Set up following Monday to install. They show up Monday morning with unit and go around back, knock on my door 10 mins later. Owner tells me he should have checked under house because unit isn’t going to work. Quote goes from agreed price to 4-6000$ higher he's not really sure yet. Imagine my surprise!!! Of course how can

My heating and cooling bill has decreased substantially after Barone's Heat and Air replaced my old unit with a much more efficient system. I was out of town on vacation when a power surge fried the control board on my year old system, that came with a 10 yr warranty, and Mr. Barone came through with service after the sale. He coordinated with me to gain access to my house, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed before my family and I made it home. Communicating effectively throughout the process. Barones Heat and Air not only aided in our construction project that we needed completed, but also upgraded both our heating and air units. They exceeded our expectations in this "little" house project we started, and completed it with a friendly budget and in a very timely manner.
We have also since used them to fully replace a water heater as well!
