Chain link fencing is probably the most common fence. It can be from 36" tall to 144" tall. Chain link fence can be all galvanized material, all vinyl coated material or galvanized framework with vinyl wire. The framework made up of lengths of pipe basically comes in 3 grades; residential, commercial and industrial.

We had a great experience with Fence By Maintenance from start to finish. Dave worked with us, and his team installed 160 ft of black ornamental fencing around the back yard. As the fence was being installed, we made a last minute change to add a double wide gate, which he was able to accommodate. The guys even wiped down each section after completing the install. Everyone was easy to work with, helpful, and reliable. We were fortunate to have such quality service from FBM and would recommend highly.

This was our second time using Fence By Maintenance. Our first experience was installing 195’ of 4’ wood picket fencing. This time around we installed 450’ of 4.5’ black aluminum fencing. Both big and small jobs they were excellent from the quote phase all the way through completing installation. Dan and his crew did a great job of being sure all setbacks were honored and were very timely in completing the job. They provided great quality work. If you are looking to install any type of fence at a fair price with quality work, look no further!

Brian and Dave did a fantastic, professional job and even consulted with us on some creative solutions to the uneven terrain. The height transition at the corner turned out better than imagined. Fence By Maintenance did an excellent job with our residential, aluminum fence installation. Dan was excellent at keeping the communication going and also flexible when our project location changed....and did the install when promised (no delays). The installation crew were hard working nice guys who made sure that everything was installed as we wanted. Also, their quote was a good bit lower than a popular competitor. My dogs and I are so happy with the fence installation by Fence By Maintenance Service Inc! Dan was friendly, easy to communicate with, and answered my questions promptly. The crew was fantastic, respectful of my yard, and also easy to communicate with. I’ve had issues in the past with different company’s labor crews for other projects, so it was a relief to work with a competent crew! We went with a black 6ft commercial grade aluminum fence with 5ft wide arched gates. The arched gates are a beautiful touch.
