I've had two good experiences with Norman's but I do not recommend having them order anything for you. I placed a deposit down on the couch and a loveseat and I came upon some very unforseen circumstances and they are charging me a $1,400 restocking fee. There won't be a fourth experience. You guys just lost my business. Within the next year I'll be buying furniture for my home, and it won't be from you guys.

So glad that we took the trip to Fayetteville to check out Norman Furniture! Had a good talk with the owner Todd. They had several selections of the bedroom furniture we were looking for. Haven't bought yet, but definitely plan on it and will update this review after the purchasing experience.
Well, unfortunately wasn't able to do business with them. The quote was not even close to the other 3 so I didn't even bother calling back.
