I've just started working with Joe and so far he's been very professional and personable. He showed up on time and we discussed everything I'm looking for to finish my garage. He was able to give me a quote in less than a day, answered my questions quickly and was clear about what is and is not included so we could come to an agreement quickly. Faced with suddenly having to work from home permanently, I desperately needed to create a long term home office/guest bedroom. Joe and his crew over at CB Home Improvements are the absolute best! We've been wanting to do something with a barren front yard area for a long time and Joe was quick to come over and go over what we had in mind, offer suggestions, and help our vision come to fruition! After calling 3 local companies with no help, I tried my local Home Depot for suggestions on a small project and they said they couldn’t do it but gave me the info for, and highly recommended, CB Home Improvements. I was able to get in contact with Joe and he was quick to respond to all my questions. He let me know his schedule was a bit busy but he worked to fit my project in. This company rocks!! We have been waiting forever to get some sort of ceiling design feature in our foyer. We finally decided on dark brown beams. After contacting 6 general contractors in the county, all of which were quoting $5000 - 7500 in labor alone and quoting 3 month turn around times until they could even work on the job (due to labor shortage)...thank God we finally found Joseph Axiotis!
Not only was he able to put us on the schedule within weeks, he also gave us pointers that made the ceiling install even better. For example, you can buy beams all you want...but how do you space them

We just remodeled our Master Bathroom and it is absolutely beautiful! Joe worked with us on every detail and was so easy to work with. The communication with him on a daily basis made the remodel go smoothly and the end product amazing! We have a beautiful spa retreat now! Joe was hired in Oct to do some floor repairs. We hired him over several other contractors because we thought he could get the job done right. Our start date was Jan 21 but he got behind and changed our start date to Feb 21. He then told us we could cancel his contract or he was trying to bring in help. Two weeks later we met the person he was giving our job too. He wasn't qualified to work on our floor problems so we canceled our contract with Joseph. I only wish CB Homes would have had been better with time management so we didn't lose 5 months getting our floors done sooner.

We had a great experience with Joe at CB Home Improvements. We were looking to renovate our kitchen and bathroom and he was incredibly helpful with every aspect of the process... from planning the design to choosing the correct materials, and most importantly, he did a fantastic job actually renovating those rooms in our house. In one of the coldest weeks of the year, our heater AND fireplace stopped working. Within a day of contacting, Joe of CB home improvements, Joe was at my house and fixed my fireplace, allowing me to heat my house without the timely and costly main heater repair. He also was able to diagnose a malfunction in my heater unit which will require a heating and air pro but was a major fire hazard to my family!

CB Homes just completed a garage renovation for us. We love it. Joe is a conscientious, skilled, reliable and flexible contractor. He is an excellent communicator and always promptly returned my texts/calls. He was very patient with my husband who has speech difficulties due to a stroke.
