Started in the late 50's, this family business, one of the last in a world filled with impersonal chain stores, has served central New Jersey and the surrounding areas. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Went there because Techo-Bloc customer service and couple of landscapers recommended I go visit them to check out their selection. Got there and they would NOT even tell me the names of the stone. Kept saying we only deal with contractors. And was yelled at my one of the workers. HORRIBLE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT. Giving out the name of a stone is not going to ruin your business.

My husband and I have gone here several times for materials and every time we have been treated poorly. The employees are rude and act as if we are bothering them with our business. It’s unfortunate since the business is local and family owned. It’s ironic too because there website claims, “ Started in the late 50’s, this family business, one of the last in a world filled with impersonal chain stores”. However I get better customer service from Lowe’s.
