They could have not caused damage to furniture that they moved. So far we think they will have to replace an $800 cabinet, and there are other problems. I am sure we have not found everything yet, as they just left a matter of hours ago. One dresser is missing a leg. They had to know about that, but did not tell us. We would not have been as mad if they had told us of the errors.

Southern Illinois movers moved me and my family from Carbondale to Memphis.
They came to the house and gave me a quote. I had others as well. They had the best one so we chose them. After they packed our things and held them for us in Duquoin, per our request. They changed the price on me. They called 24 hours before delivery of our furnishings and told me I owed 1,300.00 more. I had already paid the majority of it ...when they packed us up. Then they showed up the the new home and told us we actually owed another 2,700.00. I was surprised and irritated over this because they had just 24 hours
