If I could give 10 stars, I would. Our technician, Caleb, was amazing. He was friendly, prompt, and professional. He answered all of our questions and was able to diagnose our AC problems. Even though he could have kept the information to himself, he advised me that my part was still under warranty and probably free labor from the original company that installed it and advised we call them so we didn't have to pay for them to do it. He was up front and honest, even though it meant his company didn't have to bill us for more than the diagnostic fee. I have the utmost respect for his work and character
