I have an above ground Jacuzzi that I needed help to get up and going again. Joe came out and helped me set up the chemicals and also showed me how to use the switches.
Joe also set me up with a weekly cleaning for $60.00. A couple weeks went by and my jacuzzi was leaking. Joe referred me to someone in the business to fix it. I decided not to fix it and Joe said I didn't have to pay him for the two times he came out to service the jacuzzi.
Joe went above and beyond and is up front about what's going on with your situation. . Great customer service!!

I would not recommend this pool cleaner he is extremely unprofessional and rude. Stay as far away as possible! Refer to attached photos. On top of that the pH level was completely off when I checked it upon firing him.

Would not recommend, Service was great in the beginning & then it wasn't. The price I was quoted vs price on the Invoice every month was different. After 3 months my pool started getting algae. I had no choice but to have them do an acid wash to fix the problem. If they would have done their job right from the very beginning It would have saved me a lot of money.
