Granite Creations exemplifies great customer service! Highly recommend! They've helped us with a couple of projects and always do a phenomenal job. With our recent kitchen remodel, we had a little hiccup yet they stepped up and resolved it quickly, scrambling to make sure the work was completed in time for Thanksgiving. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied!

$20,000 counters cracked in less than 3 months!!!!
I had granite creations install countertops in my new kitchen this past March. They cost me $20,000 and were beautiful slabs however they rushed the installation and did not put any Silicone under the island slab. I questioned this at the time and they said not to worry. Well within 3 months the island has cracked in 5 places end to end as well as approximately 10 other cracks throughout the kitchen. They sent someone to come look at it and they were going to look into.a repair method. There is NO repair method. The slabs must be replaced based

Horrible service from start to finish! It took them 3 times to get it right! The first visit they cut the opening for the sink in the wrong spot, the second attempt they cut the opening to wide. Walls were damaged and they left a mess! Not only was the quality of the work poor, they also had problems with providing correct invoices. They agreed to discount the job, but still charged us for what they agreed to discount. I repeatedly called to resolve, but the person was extremely rude and unprofessional. Each time I was told someone would call me back, but I’m still waiting. Do not waste your

Enjoyed working with granite creations. Reasonable pricing. Good pricing on sinks, sink holes and any additional cuts. Didn’t feel like I was being “nickeled and dime’d”. Installation was timely and done right. The installers took the time to make sure the fit was right and made the adjustments needed.

I found the staff to be very professional and friendly. Josefina assisted myself and my husband. She took us outside and all thru the indoor showroom. We had a sample of our cabinets and she helped us narrow down to three choices. She took my drawing and measurements and came out about 20 minutes later with three estimates. Josefina was knowledgeable about the product and tried very hard to steer us in the right direction. I visited 2/16/19 and made my decision 2/18/19. I called and Josefina sent someone to my home today to measure, and they were very prompt. An excellent choice.

The best experience ever! They went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect slab of granite. I called or stopped by several times with questions, and the staff were always so courteous and helpful. The granite and backsplash installers were great professionals too. I felt I got a very reasonable price as well!! TOP NOTCH.
