We started out as a small local business in 2005. This was also the year our son was born. We took a chance on our hometown and we are glad we did. As a beach town, we are busy in the summer but we get to our customers. When we are swamped, our customers are still number 1 and don't stop till the schedule is clear.

Your home comfort system is most likely the single biggest use of energy in your home. In fact, over a third of the energy used in the United States is used to heat and cool buildings.
Air conditioners may look similar, but their Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) can vary widely. Higher SEER numbers save more money spent on electricity. Even though 13 SEER is the minimum efficiency available, we currently offer a line of air conditioners that start at 13 SEER and go all the way up to a 21 SEER.

Indicated as a percentage, your furnace's AFUE tells you how much energy is being converted to heat. For example, an AFUE of 90 means that 90% of the fuel is being used to warm your home, while the other 10% escapes as exhaust with the combustion gases. The portion of your air conditioner or heating system that forces air through your home's ductwork.

Madison and his assistant were great. They are on time and can handle any issues that popped up. Really nice install on our mini split. I also decided to take the maintenance plan with them too. If your looking for HVAC here in Kure Beach you found them.

A late review but No Sweat deserves the recognition. If you are looking for an honest and hard-working team of professionals with AC - look no more!!
They went above and beyond to find a new AC unit and saved the family vacation. On the Wednesday before the July 4 weekend I arrived to find the AC unit died. Not only did their tech come quickly and honestly assess the problem, but he didn’t try to sell a fix that wouldn’t last. As we debated cancelling the rest of the arrivals, No Sweat was working the phones and found us a unit. By Friday morning they were onsite and installing the new AC

These guys are the absolute best. We have been working with Guy and Madison for 10 years. They have installed, maintained, and/or repaired units at 5 different properties for us. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They offer honest assessments of any issues. They make sure you understand all the different options, so you can pick the one best suited to your budget and needs. We have had 4 properties on maintenance plans and I rest easy knowing they have me covered. A couple times, we had issues at one of our rentals while we had guests. They zipped over and got them up and running

Called this morning with an issue with our unit while a renter was in the condo. Madison answered his phone on the 3rd ring and was at our place within 20 mins and had the unit up and running in less than 30 mins. Pricing was right and the invoice/payment process was so easy! They are now in my phone as my “go to” for AC issues. Great service!

They arrived promptly. Were respectful of wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing . Listened to what I said about my problem. Explained what they found and what needed to be done to repair it. Worked very professionally. Price was very reasonable. Cleaned up when finished. High recommend them

Earlier in the week, I scheduled an appointment to have my HVAC system inspected for placement on a service plan and the installation of a smart thermostat. The appointment was scheduled for Saturday morning at 9:00. I drove several hours to our beach house for the appointment. I was told that I would receive a call on Saturday morning to confirm… the appointment. When I did not receive the call, I called and spoke with a gentlemen and I was told that they do not work on Saturday unless it is an emergency.
