We wanted to shop local but also did not want to overpay. We were happy and surprised at the low price and quality of service. I can’t say enough good things about our experience.

Chimney Techniques did a super job from start to finish. The owner came out and helped me pick out the stove and placement for my beautiful Vermont Castings woodstove and then the awesome crew came out and installed it. Friendly and super clean guys, who took the time to really explain the operating procedures of the stove. I am very, very pleased with the stove and team from Chimney Techniques. Can't speak highly enough of them. AWESOME JOB!!!

We ordered a new hot tub cover from Chimney Techniques last summer (2020). It was a replacement for an old soggy cover that we'd had for 10 years. The Covid season required us to wait on the manufacturer for more than 3 months before it came in. After the installation it was obvious it was the wrong color and wrong design.
Chimney Techniques responded quickly and at no cost to us reordered another while we used the temporary replacement through the winter and early spring. We still had to wait for the manufacturer again - no fault of Chimney Techniques. Finally the new and corrected cover came

Our pellet stove has been making an absolute horrible noise for the last few weeks and we couldn't figure out why. Technician Mr. Ben O'Brien showed up and quickly identified the issue we were having and completely fixed it quickly! No more annoying noise and a heated house. Very good company with fantastic employees! Thankful to have a reliable company on the harbor.

Try returning a call for a fireplace remodel. I’ve called 5 times in Six days. Left messages either on voicemail or with employees and 6 days later no call back. Looks like they’re making too much money to return a call. Good luck with that.

We needed annual maintenance on our Morso woodstove and a sweep of our chimney; we called Chimney Techniques based on recommendations from neighbors in our community. They were a pleasure to work with, left us with a spotlessly maintained stove and chimney, and even went out of their way to source a small, obscure part from the stove's manufacturer that needed replacement. We'll definitely be calling them every year!

They came to sweep our chimney today. We recently bought our house and were unsure about how long it had been since the chimney had been cleaned. I'm always a little on guard for the hard upsell some companies try . No worries with this company! Honest and very helpful with our old fireplace insert options. I highly recommend them.

Chimney Technique came to the rescue. Our heat pump quit working and in order to have some heat while waiting for estimates we had to have the chimney cleaned before we could burn a fire. After talking to the owner I was informed the guys were booked out for three weeks but they would see if they could work us in. I explained our situation and the owner made a call and by 4:00pm we were enjoying a toasty warm fire. Yea! Thank you! Thank you! Thanks guys for taking care of us when you were booked solid.
