Kenco Pools was established in 1976 by Ken Mattheyer after noticing a need for a reliable pool store in the East Texas area. While many pool builders worked out of their garage during that time, it left homeowners without a place to go for their subsequent pool care needs. Kenco Pools was established with that customer in mind - providing them with two retail locations to visit once their pool was completed.

I bought a new all-weather remote two years ago and two new pool pumps this year, and received very responsive services with both purchases. Kenco was very expeditious with installing, programming, and servicing our pool equipment. The service personnel that show up are informative and very helpful.

Our pool and all of the equipment were smashed by an oak tree in the May storm. The Kenco team has brilliantly restored everything - it's in better shape than it was before. James Miers is super fun to work with and cares about customer satisfaction. Their head installation guy, Rodrigo, is AMAZING!!!! I watched him install our liner by himself in 100 degree weather. He is a super hard worker and takes great care to perfectly trim and seal each light, skimmer, jet, and he even wears socks so he doesn't damage the liner!

Ken and his crew have gone above and beyond in helping us get a pool that had been drained and abandoned for years back up and running. The customer service has been outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone needing any sort of pool installation or repair done. They were always prompt, professional, and willing to offer help even if just over the phone when I had a question. We had other try to fix issues before them, but Ken and his guys were thrones to fix it right. Definitely save the headache and call them first.

I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina, David, Lopez, and Ken and the job they all did in installing our pool from start to finish. This is what old fashioned business is like. Taking care of the customer and standing behind what you say. If you have/had a bad experience with this company, well that is shame on you. I have already recommended them to several people who are in the market for a pool. There is not one negative I could come up with in our whole experience. To anyone thinking of putting in a pool. This is the place for you. All the workers Ken uses have such tremendous attention

I called around to several pool stores because I was having trouble locating a part for my pool. Sabrina knew exactly what i was looking for and had it ready and waiting for me when I got there. This is the kind of service that is missing from big box stores and online outlets. Thank you for every thing
