We appreciated this business for their professionalism and their excellence in the service they have provided. I like to support small businesses because they are excellent at responding to any concerns I have. When I have used large Interstate type businesses I have not been able to get the personal service and responses that I sometimes need. The carpet cleaners we're very personable and professional and each step of the service. I would highly recommend this service.

The owner, Tom, was amazing! They were swamped and he still got me in in the time I was hoping. And when he came, he spent the time that it took to get everything done very well. I had some spots (on carpet, a rug and a sofa) that I wanted removed and he spent more than an hour scrubbing. He was professional and friendly and I was very satisfied with the beautiful carpets and upholstery when he was done. And his price was more than competitive. I had called several companies and his bid came in the lowest and he honored the price I had been quoted. I highly recommend him.

Tom the owner was friendly. We had multiple pet accidents that needed special treatment. He took the time to spot treat each one with enzymes multiple times. He spent longer than than originally anticipated just to make sure the job was done. After noticing there was still a smell Tom was willing to come back and treat it again later. I appreciate his commitment to customer service. I asked to have a chair cleaned while he was here. He charged me a very reasonable price, and it came out like new! The carpets that were visibly dirty came out quite clean.

They were very accommodating and got me scheduled quickly. Tom, the owner was super friendly and explained everything and the benefits of the products. He cleaned both of my couch sets, a tufted headboard and my high traffic areas of carpet. The citrus cleaner smelled amazing and he placed a sealer on the top to help clean future stains easier. I was referred to him from a friend in Erda who has used Tom's services for years and it was so helpful that he comes out to Tooele. I would highly recommend this company!!! It was a great experience and I enjoy having my furniture all fresh and clean again

To tell the truth, I can't remember how I found A Spotless Carpet Cleaners two years ago but I'm sure glad I did. I recently had them come back because of their high quality service, honesty, and work ethic. No gimmicks, no hard-selling, just kind and respectful workers that left my carpet looking like new again. I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

I have a lot of small rooms in my basement and most cleaners charge by the number of rooms and halls. A Spotless Carpet worked with me and gave me a good price by the square feet, much better price than the big name cleaners. They steam clean and did and excellent job. They were on time, used corner protectors and were professional. I immediately recommended them to my relatives.

I will definitely use this company again! Tom, the owner came and cleaned my townhouse and did an amazing job! I was moving out and had a lot going on, so I left my door unlocked for him! I felt completely comfortable leaving him unattended and like I said the results were awesome! In addition, I had someone coming to clean the kitchen, and bathrooms but I was so busy moving, I wasn’t able to see results before Tom arrived! I asked Tom to look it over and he said the stove was streaky with grease! Tom went out of his way and literally cleaned my stove for free! Honestly, who does this? So again
