Fernando came out today to inspect our apartment and helped us identify termites coming up through the floor of our building, and advised on potential treatments and cost. We rent, so will have to wait for our landlord/property managers to advise on what next steps we are allowed to take. But I strongly recommend this business based on our experience so far!

I feel very blessed that Mondragon team were able to come and help with my pest control.
Juan Ramos Jr and Fernando were very nice and answered all my questions regarding our ants situation. They just did my second treatment today. Hopefully all the pest go away after that.

This company is the very best there is in South Florida. What a blessing to finally find a company like this after having used Floridian Pest Control which was really poor and got even worse when Elrich purchased them out last year. I own a rental property in Miami, FL and my tenant informed me that she had found possums twice inside the house. I immediately contacted a company to come do an inspection. They came, talked to my tenant and left without inspecting the area. A couple of hours later, they sent me a proposal for almost $1,000 to get rid of a problem, which they had not properly assessed.
Subsequently, I contacted another company I found online. This company had two scheduled dates to go inspect the property and they did not show up either time. However, I am thankful to them because they referred me to Mondragon
