Horrible management! My friend has his stuff stored here and these people are just terrible. Don't bother trying to have a civil conversation with this manager Tammy. Rude and inconsiderate behavior all around. The actual storage place is okay, but its like part old and part new. If they were going to remodel, they should've done the entire thing. It's super expensive too!!! If you want to be treated like a human being, just go somewhere else, not here.

I'd give 5 stars but a few times I've been in to pay cash for my unit and one specific customer service representitive has repeatidly stated (loudly, I might add) in front of other customers that my credit card on file had been declined when the automatic payment was attempted. I'm aware of this and have never been late on my payment, I just choose to pay cash in the meantime due to my financial situation.
My financial business is mine and mine alone and I don't appreciate her attempt to shame me in front of others. It's unproffessional. Period.
