We were extremely happy with our roof and the service we received from We Roof Indy. Justin and his team not only were able to patiently work with our insurance company successfully (the original company we hired dropped us because they were not willing to fight with our insurance any longer), but then completed our roof in a very timely manner and the professionalism and service/response time was great. Justin has been attentive and helpful. I especially appreciate his genuine honesty. He doesn’t want to waste our money! This week, for example, he came by when we had a gutter issue. He could’ve lied and said we needed our gutters completely redone. Instead, he took the time to go up on the ladder, find the clog, and clean it out for us at no charge. I really appreciated his kindness! I will definitely continue to use him and recommend him whenever I have gutter or roofing needs.

The owner, Justin, was incredibly responsive and was willing to be on site when our adjuster arrived to inspect hail damage. His conversation with the adjuster, catching repairs needed that were missed and challenging initial conclusions saved us literally 10’s of thousands of dollars. Highly recommend and is our go to roofer from here on out.

Justin was polite, knowledgeable, professional. Met with us to verify that the shingle color we chose was exactly what we wanted. We also never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. Thank you, We Roof Indy for doing a great job in painting our house exterior and pergola! Justin went above and beyond our expectations to make certain what we wanted was done to our satisfaction. He came out immediately and kept us informed along the way. What he did exceeded our expectations! Justin also put a new roof on our daughter’s home. He went out of his way to work with the insurance company to get other items on the roof taken care of that needed to be done but not necessarily covered. Justin did a great job of guiding the insurance adjuster to the hail damaged areas. His work crews were friendly, conscientious and very hard working! They had the old roof off and the new one done in 2 days flat. We love our new roof, gutters and skylights and highly recommend Justin and We Roof Indy for work quality, professional communication, patience w our decision making as we picked colors and especially the finished product.
