I had an awesome experience with Junior Loye Tree Service. Chris and his crew were very professional. They worked steady and on task from early morning to late evening! They removed 9 trees from my property, removed the stumps, leveled the land remaining from stump removal, and cleaned up all remaining debris from my yard. Chris Loye and his men took down a huge tree which was over my driveway and house. They did an excellent job without any damage to my property. He trimmed up trees as well to eliminate any limbs from falling. They were punctual and very professional. He took time to study the best course of removal and communicated what he would do. My property is very wooded with mature pines and oaks, which tend to blow over in the storms. I used Loye's last year to take down a very large tree that was leaning over and threatening to fall on an out building. Chris came with his crew and expertly took down the tree without a scratch on my building. I called him again this spring to take down 6 large oaks, and clean up 3 downed pines. We had contacted the “business” to get a quote on a few jobs. The individual called back to set up and appointment which was not kept, wasting my time waiting on him. No phone call was received in letting me know that he was unable to make it or to reset up another time. I am actually very understanding and know that things arise especially in these unprecedented times, however if you claim to be a professional then a curtesy call is all that I would have required.
