I originally was looking at 2 companies. I went with the cheaper company. What I have learned from this is cheaper is not always better because I went with the cheaper company because they had good reviews vs Radiance. My carpet was wet for 24 hours and 2 spots on the carpet from just dirt did not come out. I let Radiance know what happened that I learned my lesson and sent him the pictures. I was not requesting anything just to show him what I was dealing with. He went above and beyond. He offered to come out and show me he could correct the other companies mistake. He did it for free for me.

Chip Holden of Radiance Glow cleaned and repaired the grout on the tiled floors of three bathrooms in our home. The white grout had become very dirty over a period of many years.
