The team was absolutely amazing to work with. We had water damage from an overflowed toilet and they were so quick and responsive that we were able to save our floors. Never use Boss. They are the worst. We had to hire a second mitigation company to come out to our house and correct the mistakes and poor quality Boss completed. I recommend Belfoir or anyone else quit frankly. This is a honest review please run away and choose someone else.

From the second Nick returned my call (minutes after I left a message describing substantial floor and subfloor damage from a leaking freezer) I knew I was in the right hands. What a mess; and what a professional, thorough and fairly priced response from Nick Josh and the team. They got to work immediately, helped me identify the problem, stayed in touch daily and followed up to offer (but not force) help with the additional drywall and other repairs we needed. These guys are absolutely fantastic. We had a kitchen water leak, and they were all over it. They came by our house almost every day until our subfloor was dry. They are patient, polite and communicative. Josh is absolutely fantastic. I hope I do not need them again but wouldn't hesitate to use them. They worked and billed directly to my insurance company. Keep up the good work, guys!

Called Boss for an early morning (2 am) water problem on Isle of Palms. They arrived immediately after the call and did a quick thorough assessment of the situation stopping further damage and started the clean up process. Nick and the rest of the staff were very professional and courteous to our family. Very happy with response and service. Recommend to anyone with a home or business with damage.

We had a sewer backup. My insurance agent recommended Boss. I've never had anything like this happen. Anthony was the technician that came to our home. He was very knowledgeable and reassuring, not to mention friendly. Three days later, we were dried out, floors taken up and ready to be replaced. Anthony went above and beyond his duties. We had a flooding situation from a water purification system at our vacation home while we were away. Boss came very quickly to dry out our cherry hardwood floors. They cleaned up our garage area as well since water poured thru a floor vent into the HVAC duct and caused the Sheetrock to fall from the ceiling. We were routinely updated by the tech working in our home. Boss did a very good job for us!

See bottom of this review for the Boss follow-up. This is the second time we have had boss for water damage over a period of 4 years. The second time was the great freeze of 2018. They responded quickly and brought in fans and a dehumidifier for the home. However, when they came to clean out the completely gutted bedroom it was not good , They did not communicate about cleaning out the ceiling and the insulation, consequently the white remains of the ceiling were over the yard, and spots of white which are still on our newly installed front porch still remain, we have tried everything to get rid

I am living a nightmare. A pipe burst in a neighbors townhome, flooding three units, leaving two families with unlivable homes. That was Sept 20th. Boss did a great job tearing up the floors and cutting out walls, then disappeaed. One crew showed up to fix sheetrock but didnt speak english, couldn't tell us anythig, and disappeared. Its now Nov. 10h. I have never been treated so poorly by a business I used to recommend.

Worst owner ever. Guy is so inappropriate and rude. Had to deal with a water mess on a tuesday. Had to call multiple times to receive calls back. When he finally did call me back, he spoke to me in a manner that was very unprofessional and gave me a major attitude. He kept starting out his explanation with "dude...". When I would ask him about pricing before the job was finished, he said he "had no freakin idea".
