AWESOME VALUE & AMAZING PRICE! When I spoke to the owner, he was very quick to get someone out. Aaron (our servicer) was professional and very efficient. After the first visit for my rodent problem, I called because I was concerned for the quality and depth of work vs the price I paid for the service. They told me they would send someone out again.
Not only did they send someone… the president, Steven McKinzie came out himself and blew me away with his professionalism and work ethic.
After a very deliberate reassessment and reworking of traps around the property, Mr. McKinzie informed me that this visit would be free of charge. He not only made right of a wrong, but was deeply concerned with how his company operated and the quality of work they

8/18/20 Update: Since the owner sprayed my house, I haven't seen any ants or spiders. He did a thorough job, asked me where the "hot spots" where for the ant problem, and made sure to that I knew what he spraying was safe around my pets and children. I would highly recommend using them to get rid of those hard kill bugs!
8/6/20 Update: The owner reached out to me and helped straighten this out to make it right. He is very friendly, responsive, and willing to do what it takes to fix a wrong, even if it wasn't his. I really do appreciate the sincere apology and promptness to fix my pest problems
