While moving out another resident at Caradco/Gronen this moving company irreparably damaged my doormat (taking it to jam under automatically closing doors by the elevator); when confronted, they literally ripped the doormat nearly in half, but have refused to pay restitution!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I’m writing review for my mother. She has moved to Florida since April and hired this moving company. It’s been months with LACK OF COMMUNICATION! No one has contacted us regarding her belongings. It was always “it on its way” since APRIL! Smh, don’t hire these people.

Donny and Leonard performed a high quality move from Missouri to California in record time (4-5 days) with no damaged items and no items unaccounted for! They were kind, courteous and constantly communicative from pre-arrival, pick-up and delivery! They made sure to connect with us so we knew when to expect them and they were true to their word on cost. These two are strong, hardworking men that really know how to get a quality job done on behalf of the value the customer expects. Would definitely use them again for future cross country moves. They are worth pursuing directly, for maximum efficiency

This is my 2nd time hiring this company. The very 1st time was a bad experience. I was nice enough to give them a try again a year later. Bad idea do not hire this company. The owner is unprofessional and rudeThe movers are kind but does a bad job. I did a out of state move. They broke my child bed to the point it is no longer useable. NOT ONLY THAT can you believe they left with my things still on the truck and I had to drive 3 hours to get it back. NOT ONLY THAT I still have things missing . The owner said that he would pay for the broken bed But he has been ignoring me. So now I am going to

I hired this company to move my family and I an hour away. They showed up on time and were friendly. However when they left I noticed several of my items were broken and they didn't tell me. I thought okay its whatever stuff happens. Then after all of my items were moved into my new house I noticed I had more items broken including some more expensive stuff. I contacted the company and had some back and forth about the items that were broke. They agreed to take care of it but didn't say how. I would contact them but would not get a response. I called for them to unload a truck into a storage garage and into my apartment at the same location. They were able to accommodate at the last minute but were still an hour or more late than quoted. They were nice enough and friendly. I even helped them with the unloading. Since I've been going through things I've found a couple of things broken. Major complaints are that they complained about taking 2 pieces of furniture upstairs and 4 boxes. 1 never made it. Never leave them alone with valuable. They have sticky fingers and we had money missing from her purse in the house. Called the owner over

Although the movers were very personable they did not complete the move. Many items were left in my house even though they were packed. No one called or offered a walk through before moving day. I agree it was a quick move although it didn’t need to be. The guys were all excited about an upcoming move from out of state but didn’t pay attention to the task at hand. I called the owner and he said they would be back after their out of town job. No one came back. I called again and the owner turned it all back on me- that I was the problem. All I can say is be forewarned! Get everything in writing

The Marvelous Moving company did an outstanding job in helping us with our move. They were referred to us by a family friend in Omaha, so we decided to give them a try despite them not technically being local. They grabbed our stuff in Omaha and brought it all the way to our new location in Maryland, where they were faced with a fourth floor walk-up. Despite the challenge, they absolutely rocked it and maintained a good attitude. While I'm sure they wish it had been an easier move (I did!) they did seem to relish the challenge and didn't back down. All this, and the most reasonable price we were
