Project manager not as engaged as we needed him to be. Not enough oversight over subcontractors which resulted in quality issues that took beyond 6 months to address. Little to no communication about the timeline, when subcontractors would arrive, what the next steps were and when work was completed. Extremely stressful process caused by lack of engagement and communication.

Pierce Pool's has outstanding customer service from beginning to end.
As first time pool owners we had a lot of questions. The owners are professional, made us feel comfortable, answered our questions, and prepared us for what to expect through the build process. Their pools are built to last, using quality equipment and materials. I was impressed with the fact that their commitment to customer service continued after the build had completed. They ensured that any equipment warranty issues were quickly addressed.
I would use them again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family
