Kaufman homes built my house some 21 years ago and did an excellent job. I used the monthly service with Kaufman home Maintenance and was pleased with the service. On my recent project they were punctual, professional and did an excellent job for a reasonable fee. I recommend them without reservation.

Happy to have found this company! They have now done an array of repairs and maintenance on my 105-year-old home, from replacing a faucet to removing roof moss (during which they cleaned the skylights for no extra charge!). They quote a fair price, charge what they quoted, give good advice, do excellent work, and always exceed my expectations.

I love the security of the regular "checkups" by Loren and the Kaufman Home Maintenance team. Living alone there are many things I either can't or won't do myself (climing laddres!) or don't even know to look for ... and they take care of all of them. Easy to work with, always helpful, and they keep track of the details I'm clueless about. Thanks to the whole team!
