Pcm Paving

They are booked until October/November with their apparent 25,000 clients and had to plea for the Forman to come out to give an estimate. But I opted not to do so since they are so far out. Just give the customer the common courtesy of stopping by and not being so capricious over the phone when a female is speaking with the organization.

I did my research, had multiple estimates given back in March to have my driveway redone and extended a 2 feet ( an easy job as all of them had said to me). I ended up choosing PCM Paving because it was middle of the line and came well recommended. They estimated June and said they’d call with a more specific date come June. They didn’t so I called last month and was told to call back after Memorial Day. I called today since June is over tomorrow and was told it wouldn’t be til late August and I will need a revised estimate as the price will have gone up since my March estimate.

Fast & reliable ! Paved a new driveway last year and seal coated it this. A+ job looks fantastic

We used PCM to repave/widen our driveway and pour new front steps for us. 5 years later the driveway has deep wheel marks from our two cars that move every day, and the front steps have a big crack all the way across. Repeated calls and emails have gone unanswered. Neighbors down the street are also having the same issues with their PCM driveway, while neighbors next door's Swan driveway is perfect and is a year older than ours. Extremely disappointed in the product and service considering the money we put out. I would avoid PCM.

Pat did my driveway 2 yrs ago as well as sealing it recently. The job his company did was and is outstanding. I almost went with a cheaper quote but upon questioning realized that what pcm was going to do was worth the extra money. I have no doubt that I will use them again in the future and my neighbor already had work done by them.

Less than 6 months after we paid PCM thousands of dollars to do our driveway, a HUGE chunk cracked. We told Steve. He "yessed" us to death but never showed up. We were forced to put out more money to have their work repaired. This company takes advantage of people; once they get your money, they are out of sight. Very disappointed, very.
