Wonderful! We were very impressed with Quality Glass as they recently handled a warranty issue for our West window. We dreaded having to deal with it but Genny took care of everything. When the replacement glass came in they fixed everything as we waited in our car. As seniors we are very cautious about Covid so the gentleman brought the repaired window to our car. We have dealt with another glass company around the corner from Quality Glass and do not plan to return there. The woman on the phone there has always been rude and not helpful. I wish we had tried Quality before. Genny at Quality Glass
