Called in to see if they had the Stihl BT 131 Earth Auger for one of my clients & talked to Ray, the store owner.
Even though Stihl is having inventory issues, Ray coached me until what's the best way to get ahold of one of these & even took his time to help me understand which one would be the best for my client's needs.

Prepare to be a rude and in your face customer if you want service. I stood around for 45 minutes and no one acknowledged my existence. It’s as if I was a ghost. Yes, the place was busy during my recent visit. But, I observed people walking in 20 minutes after I arrived, getting full attention and service. My aim was to spend my dollars locally at this store on an expensive grill and outdoor furniture. A healthy sale lost because nobody could be bothered by saying, “will be with you as soon as we can.” They pride themselves on service — what a colossal waste of my time.

After looking on line and at local brick and mortar we took one last look online to find other business for outdoor furniture. Decided to ride out to Sterling to visit the folks at Lawn & Leisure. What a great decision we made that day. Honest, hardworking people who care about you needs and the end result. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Worth the drive. They will turn on all the fire tables so that you can see and feel the effect. Lawn & Leisure promotes outdoor living in comfort, style and durability. This is what I got for letting them lead the way.
