I contacted this company in November to replace two small broken windows in my home. I should have called it off when they didn't show up for our first scheduled visit but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and ended up having them meet me at the house. After receiving a fair enough price I was requested to pay a portion of the work to get going. Once paid they have been non-existent. At first they would give me a story about having to contact the warehouse, and then wouldn't call me back. Now, everytime I get in touch with them the receptionist is very apologetic, takes my number

Unfortunately my interactions with this company have been a mess. I've been messaging and emailing their office since February 23rd to try and get the installation on my windows, which they provided a quote for last year. I generally have to message them twice before getting a response, and every time I'm told "I'll get back to you on X date," I never hear back until I follow up twice again. Now it's the middle of April and I'm still awaiting a response. It's quite frustrating as I already received HOA approval to proceed, which is not an easy or quick process

My glass had some cracks few years back and got a quote but did not get it fixed. Finally decided to get this fixed as the crack seemed to grow over time. Requested for quotes on Yelp. Los Altos Glass response was prompt, they asked me to send a pic. They sent a quote and asked for small deposit as the estimate matched my previous estimate I got couple of years back. Estimator, installer are on time, did a clean job. Very smooth and definitely would use them in future if necessary.

When we needed to replace the windows in our business offices, we contacted them, after proving the quote, they came with all material after 2 days then get the job done the same day.
