We had a bedroom window pane replaced about 2.5 yrs ago which cost about $340. The center strip has been loose and vibrates plus the window could no longer be shut or locked. We called and complained about this for over a year and the girl who answered the phone just said here is my cell phone number, take a video and prove to us it is broken before we will come back out. I now need to pay another company to come and out and fix your $340 mistake. Not to mention that I am disabled, a widow and on a fixed income. Thanks for nothing...

I have had five windows replaced in my home by Moule's Tehama County Glass. Plus a large picture window, as well as a new front door and back door and two sliding glass doors (replacing old French doors). I have ordered a replacement garage door and can hardly wait for the install! My experience with the office staff was outstanding (namely Julie). While waiting for my window(s)/door(s) to arrive at their store from the warehouse, the office staff always kept me informed whether my item (s) were on time or rescheduled for delivery. I was given options for install dates that accommodated my schedule

Liz and her crew Terry and Kevin did a fantastic job installing a new insulated garage door with windows as well as window screens to the front of the house for the harsh summer heat.
They were fast on time and cleaned up everything while they worked and before they left. Thanks Moules for another job well done.

Customer service is the provision of service to customers, before, during, and after a purchase. Moule’s glass by far exceeded my expectations. Before my purchase I was given sound courteous customer service, during the installation the company respected the fact that I couldn’t take time off work and called me at work as soon as the inspection was complete. Lastly, after my purchase I received a sweet card in the mail thanking me for my business.

This is a great little place for glass shower enclosure. They came out & measured 1st and then ordered the glass & then came out & installed it... looks great! They didn't initially put the silicone caulking in, but said if I decided that I wanted it they would come back out & do it! I have water exiting the shower and I called & they will be coming out next week to put silicone caulking... Thank Moules... You all have done a great job! 😁
