Rigo was AMAZING - he was scheduled to come at 10:30am because I expressed to him that I had to go to work the day prior, he texts me that if it was okay that he could come earlier and arrived at 10:00am (30mins earlier ☺️)!
He was really kind and greeted not only me but my dog who had peed all over my carpets which is a bonus in my eyes!
He worked very, very, VERY fast and the end product of how my carpet looks AND smells GREAT!
