Older house. Had a crack in the cast iron pipe from the second floor all the way to the basement. Water damage to walls and floors behind cabinetry.
Arrived early. Did a full analysis of the issue, and 7 hours later had all of the work completed, everything cleaned up, and the cost was 1/5th the cost quoted by a contractor from Binghamton. Very pleased, and Gregory's will be my go to from now on for all my plumbing and heating work. Thank you!

From the phone call to the receptionist to the end of the service, I can't say enough good things about Gregory Plumbing. I thought Josh would prefer to sell me a new unit as I thought I would have to replace my current one, but instead he troubleshot solutions to my old one and within a reasonable amount of time. Every time I have ever had to call them, the customer service was very good.
They are honest, professional, and reasonable. This combination of attributes is hard to find these days!

It was a true pleasure to have worked with Josh Gregory and Jesse. I recently bought my first home near Walton, NY and don't really know much about plumbing, and had to deal with a bunch of issues with the existing system. Josh got in contact with me a couple days before our appointment to go through some of the issues and after seeing the photos I emailed him, he did research and came fully prepared to tackle them. Josh and his work partner Jesse came by during a very challenging time (COVID-19) and they were extremely professional and safe, making sure we all had protective gear at all times

These guys stay busy because they're honest, know what they're doing and keep business simple. Gregory made a really bad day really good in the end; servicing my furnace quickly and properly for a QUARTER of the price estimated by a heating company out of Binghamton. Begins with "A". Any clue? Wonderful Plumbers! Josh and Jesse were wonderful. They arrived when promised. I was having existing plumbing relocated. Josh had suggestions that improved the space and functionality of the laundry room. I can't save enough good about my experience. The work is top quality and they left the place so clean. Thank you!
