I called him last week for an LG oven it would not work, he gave a time range for when he would arrive and he was on time, he seemed to be a very nice guy, he fixed our oven in about 20 minutes and was out the door. It was $175.00 which beets buying a new one. I Would recommend using this man to anyone. And also he is very local lives about a mile and a half from my home and that's what everybody needs to do support local businesses!

I agree with others who say that Jeff is terrific. He was pretty booked up when I first called him, but my problem was non-critical and we set a convenient date for him to come out and check the issue (slow lighting gas cook top). He arrived exactly on time on he appointed day, almost immediately identified the problem and the part needed for the repair. He ordered the part and said he'd call when it came in. The part arrived, he called, came back to the house, and had the cook top fixed in no time. I thought his charges were very reasonable. He definitely will be the first person I call

Called them because my refrigerator was not working. Jeff diagnosed what was wrong and asked if I was comfortable replacing the part myself. I was able to replace the bad part and get my refrigerator running. Thanks to Jeff for his expert help, quick reply in saving me a service call and a lengthy wait before someone could make it to do the work.

Best Appliance's business mantra is "when you need the best...call the best!" This was justified when Jeff fixed my dishwasher thoroughly-- and quickly. I was made aware this business gets a large volume of requests scheduled out in advance, so I appreciate Jeff took the time to listen to my issue, schedule an appointment, and completely fix my dishwasher. I’ve had Jeff out for two different refrigerator repairs. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and charges a fair price in exchange for his expertise. He was even great with my young kids who love to watch, learn, and ask questions.
