The only positive thing I can say about GutterDome is that there installation crew were fast and efficient. I picked this company over several local companies because I was told by the sales person that the price quoted included the leaf protector. Their price was $123.00 over the local gutter companies and I thought that was very reasonable. After the installation of the gutter they informed me that the "gutterdome" leaf protector was not included. I told management that I was told by their sales person that it was included and that was why I chose them over other companies that were

I cannot express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with Gutterdome strongly enough. Their sales technique is polished and they come across as providing a solid product and a reputable company. DON’T BE FOOLED!! The first moderate rain after getting new gutters with gutterdome protection revealed that the protective screen allows water to run over the top of the gutter and waterfall to the ground, making my gutters basically worthless in the areas where the water runoff is greatest. This occurs in the valleys where the roof angles meet, creating a larger flow of water in those areas. They

We met a nice woman at the San Mateo County Fair representing Gutter Dome. Our gutters were a disaster with clogged downspouts, tons of debris, high roof lines, and ancient copper gutters that were custom installed decades ago with some odd angles of the roof dealt with then.

This is a very unethical company. They use high-pressure tactics (you have to order TODAY to get this deal). Their prices are much higher than others, and after installation we noticed that when they removed our existing gutters, they damaged the wood on our house in several places. There's no way the installer could not have noticed. So I called the office and was told Stefan would call me back. Of course, he never did, and now the office won't answer my calls.....my call automatically gets dropped before anyone answers. Buyer beware!

First of all do not give this company your phone number unless you want to be immediately harassed by calls and messages if you dont answer their call right away. I came across this company at the California State Fair and was mildly interested in getting information on a gutter system. I reluctantly gave them my phone number and refused to give them my address. I told the rep to contact me in about a month. Guess what? Their interpretation of a month was the next day. I was immediately annoyed and didn't answer their call. Afterward, I routinely began getting calls from some woman

Update. Their salespeople are NOT LICENSED by the State of California Contractors Board to sign contracts!! Ultimately the California State Board of Contractors forced them to refund ALL of our money and the product was removed from our home. Avoid this company at all costs. Especially Steffan and his associates. The Auburn California Home show should be ashamed for promoting this horrible company!!

Pass this underhanded company by. My wife and I went to the Sacramento Home and Landscape show in January looking for roof gutter companies. We made appointments with several.
Gutter Dome was the first to respond and came to our house within a few days. Their sales representative, Brian, made a very good presentation and said if we signed a contract immediately he could reduce the price and we would pay monthly We said we wanted to pay using our credit card to get airline mileage. Brian promised us this could be done. We signed the contract.
The next day, with the project already under way, we

Very pleased with the gutters installed on my 2 story home. Dan really put his attention toward the details and it shows in his work. Weirdly now I am looking forward to the rain, I feel prepared. I also would like to compliment Bryan for his help with the estimate process. Only putting it at 4 stars until I see the first solid rain and observe gutters at work at which time I would give 5!

My experience with GutterDome was nothing less than professional and exceeded my expectations. They were prompt in coming out, installation was completed as promised and product has been exceptional. I have had the Gutter system almost a year now and it has proven the investment to be worthwhile. A month after installing we experienced several rainy spells with downpours. We have many surrounding trees that leave leaves and twigs in gutters. The debris collects on top of mesh dries out and blows away allowing water to drain properly. I saw this product at festival in Novato. I was contacted for a free estimate the following day! Kevin, their sales representative came to my home and was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to answer my questions and prepare my estimate to encompass my unique concerns. I was even able to choose my gutter color to accent my home and shutters! Saw these people at Festival booth and thought I would get an estimate since they said it would be good for 6 months. So the salesman came out told us about the product and gave us an estimate. I told him that I didn't want to move forward at this time. At that moment he got very frustrated and began his HARD sale and told us how we would miss out on the 1time discount. I again told him I will keep the estimate and get back to them. That is when he got rude and told me "of course You wouldn't You didn't pay for gas to come out here".
