Tom and his team are AMAZING! The quoting process was totally transparent, they got us scheduled the following week, and they did our whole roof in less than a day. We were so impressed. Replacing a roof is not an exciting project, especially for new homeowners like us. Tom genuinely made us feel like we were doing the right thing and it was totally painless. Highly highly recommend.

Calls were answered promptly and courteously from the point of sale t(rough the entire roofing process. Superior Exteriors has performed several projects on our house. Several years ago they replaced the gutters on our main roof. The following year we had a leak from our main roof and we called them to replace it. Just this year the roof on our front porch was leaking and Superior Exteriors repaired it for us. In all three cases Superior Exteriors has completed the projects as scheduled. Their workmanship has been excellent and their prices have been reasonable. I would recommend Superior Exteriors, without hesitation for any similar project.

From the moment we were put in contact with Tom, our experience with Superior Exteriors was above and beyond what we had expected. We had a roof emergency/leak during a bad rain storm, and not only was he available to talk at 9pm, but he was able to get a team together, supplies ordered and permit pulled for a next-day 7am roof overhaul. He and his team were professional, hard working and he stopped by the job a few times throughout the day to check on the progress. This is only a review of their customer service as I did not need to fix my roof.
I called them after a storm had blown through and I found a puddle of water in my kitchen the next morning. As this is 6am, I am not fully awake yet, and I have a head cold, maybe I wasn't thinking straight, or maybe I am an idiot. Either way, I tore a hole in my ceiling, found what I thought was a leak from the roof, and called these guys out to see if they could fix it. Up onto the roof they go 4 hours later, and what do they find? A window that has been open in the spare room since I bought my house. Turns

I've used Superior Exteriors for a complete roof at our old house and for a small rubber roof, gutters and patching at our new house. Their prices were a little lower than the other bids and I had seen some work they had done in my area which looked great so I figured I'd give them a try. We had a great experience with Superior Exteriors, who we hired to re-roof our house and garage. They did the gutters at my neighbor's house, and re-roofed another of her properties, so I was confident that I could trust the work. I called to inquire and Nikki in the office was very helpful. She scheduled an evaluation for the same week, so they could give us an estimate. Tom arrived on time for the estimate and was very knowledgeable and patient explaining what our options were.
