They're always super helpful & knowledgeable about the products they're selling. We always go to the Appliance store for our Stihl purchases. The kids loved their toy chainsaws too!

Helpful staff, very knowledgeable. Quick in and out for me they also gave me a detailed solution for a problem I was having with washer and dryer into a under sized space. Bring up was also quick warranty packages aren't too bad. Overall a great experience.

Good friendly staff. A lot of selections. Plus unlike a lot of the big box stores that charge you to take away your old appliances they actually pay to buy your old appliances.

Took 4 chain saw chains in to be sharpened, got 3 back. All 3 had burrs and burn marks from inexperienced person sharpening. Waited over a week before I called to see if they were finished. was told they will be in an hour. I have had a lot of chains sharpened, this was the first time I ever had a chain ruined. NEVER WILL I RETURN!
