We called Lynn a couple weeks ago for a chimney repair estimate. Nice gentleman, in fact he was telling me what else we could burn in the fireplace, besides logs. I think we chatted for 30 minutes. He was suppose to come and give us an estimate on Thursday June 27. Not only was he a no show, but he did not call either. Now he will not return our phone calls. I have left him 3-4 messages in as many days. Still no return call. Terrible customer service. My thought is, he drove by and the roof pitch scared him and he just decided he didn’t want any part of it. That’s fine, but call us and tell
