Called ahead and requested a day and time and they were able to work around my schedule. Extremely friendly and exceptionally professional. Quality installation and service. After assessing my needs for a leaky shower, he left to pick up the parts and suggested a brand that best fit my needs. Also replaced our disposal the same afternoon.

I am so impressed with the service we received having had to have toilets removed and reinstalled while new linoleum was laid. Nick was extremely professional, friendly, always on time, and expertly did the work. He explained everything he had to do to keep us informed. Kelly Plumbing is now our go to for future needs. Horrible service. Do not recommend. They came to fix my backup sump pump and all they did is replace the battery with one my current system is not compatible with, then sent me a bill for almost $300. I'm will be taking them to court. Also, they did not wear a mask or take any safety precautions in the middle level of a pandemic.

I had made an appointment for a single project. When the technician arrived, I asked about 2 other things I needed to have done and when I could make another appointment. He was able to rearrange his schedule and get all 3 done in 1 day. I was very impressed with the work he did, how he made extra time for us and his great attitude! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a 100 year old home and when trying to replace a new toilet, quickly discovered that this was beyond my limited skills and we called Kelly Plumbing. Glad I did. Our plumber had to break out all the tools to remove the old flange and assembly and then re-do everything for the new toilet to fit in place. We couldn't be happier with the end results and professionalism. Highly recommend!

This company is ran by 2 individuals, both of whom are very professional and kind. They were able to come out the same day to install a sump line diversion into the sanitary sewer. The job was done quickly and is of high quality.
UPDATE:
Had them do a second job at our house and they were, once again, professional and kind. They finished the job well within the estimated time and made sure to give updates along the way. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we approved of everything that they did. We will be using them for any other plumbing services that we need.

Very quick to get on-site and finished more quickly than I expected. Didn't have a problem with me "finishing" what most plumbers wouldn't agree to let the homeowner do to save a little labor cost.
Fast, good pricing, pleasant to work with. Would use again and recommend to friends. Offered to arrange meetings with other contractors for jobs outside of plumbing.
