I have requested service from this company several times, over several months. When on site, no one is better. It's just getting them there. I have asked for a quote for months for fire monitoring quote. I've called multiple times, emailed multiple times and even requested service through their website. I get transferred until I get a voicemail, then I never hear anything back. I'm literally trying to give this company more business but they are so unresponsive that I had to go with another vendor.

POOR VALUE - POOR QUALITY - NOT PROFESSIONAL - NOT RESPONSIVE = seriously disappointed, and that's a rarity in my life. this company actually cost my family money and we didn't even hire them. they show such little respect, remorse and literally no integrity that id be afraid to see more of them and glad i dont have to. -$650 to my personal bank account and when we tried to get a hold of someone, the operator hung up on my cousin. the lady after that bizarre behaviour was nice though, but my messages seem to fall short of someone in charge, so i guess no ones is in charge over there and looking

I work for Pilgrim Auto Electric in Lexington NC. Seventeen hours of labor by Sunland and a 1615.00 dollar invoice later, and no repair made. They originally misdiagnosed the problem as a switch. Replaced the switch and found that wasn't the issue. They were kind enough to not charge us for the switch. Can't say I recommend them.
