Moved from Ft. Irwin to Fort. Lewis. So much went wrong. First they were over 4 hours late on loading day, a Friday, almost causing us not to clear housing and be stuck over the weekend til housing opens again Monday. Thankfully housing (on base) sent someone after hours, after the movers finally finished.
They left stuff behind/didn't pack it. We caught it after going through ourselves. A bedroom closet was filled with boxes and packing material, which they didn't tell us about, when ALL items, even the smallest things must be removed from residence. They opened up my daughter's keepsake chest
