I was referred to HVAC by a friend. I called another companies and they were to busy at the time. I called HVAC, spoke with Michael and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. A pleasure doing business from start to finish. Owner made suggestions on what we need. Workers were well mannered and worked swiftly and were very neat. Also cleaned up after themselves. Owner came it to check in on the progress throughout the installation and did a final inspection. Overall, highly recommend this company to anyone with any HVAC needs.

HVAC Plus really provided an excellent service. Estimate was sent very quickly. They were very responsive and accommodating. Mike was able to understand my needs and work within my budget. Very sincere and not trying to upsell equipment. He was constantly very attentive and the staff did an amazing installation job. We were really satisfied and hired them again to install the other part of the house. I did a lot of research before and requested about 7 estimates from different companies and I am definitely confident I did the right choice. I highly recommend HVAC Plus for any ac/heat job.

HVAC PLUS did a great job for us! Mike was always prompt and helpful in answering my questions through the whole process. They gave the only reasonable estimate out of many contractors. On the day of, their guys came on time and even spent a few extra hours doing everything they could to make the AC work. Mind you, the day of installation was probably the hottest and most humid thus far, but the guys got the job done, without delay, and meticulously made sure everything functioned properly. Next time I need anything HVAC related, I know exactly where I'm going. Thanks again HVAC PLUS!

HVAC Plus is very professional. I spoke to Michael for my A/C needs (my old A/C were about 11 years), he's very helpful and gave me suggestions to choice the right units. Mike was nice enough during the selling phase. Price was competitive so decided to use them for my new mini split ductless system. First problem is they did not have proper licenses. Installed OK, but left a mess at my house. dust and dirt on inside with no cleanup. Outside broken stucco on my roof and empty boxes in driveway for over a week. screws in my driveway and ended up getting one in my tire. $200 later to get new tire. Some parts were missing from my outside unit. Was supposed to get copy of permit, which was never delivered to me. Happy with unit, but whole install and walk thru process

I would give a zero star if possible. This company is terrible and fraud us money! They have not finished their job and do not show up in our house any more now matter how we call or text them. Sometimes they replied they will show up but no show at all!!!! Before we sign the contract, HVAC plus say they just need to come 2 to 3 times and will replace all the system in one week. But it has been already 3 months, they leave a mass in my house with a pipe not connect properly to machine! Do not use their service! They are rude and cheating! I regreted that I gave them all the money when signed the

I always wanted to write a review on them. But, got so busy that I forgot. Our furnace had been out of services constantly last year during the winter time. I was originally told by my contractor that we need to replace a new furnace, which will cost up to $5000. Then, I try to get the estimation from different companies. I searched online and found HVAC just to try out. Fred came and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He just charged me a minimum of money. He told me that there was no need to change a new furnace and the furnace is fine.

I called during the snow storm and he wasn't able to make it. However, the next day when it cleared up Fred the owner went to the house. He was reasonable priced and was understanding since we lived in Florida and our home was in NY. He was ok with dealing with our tentant's directly to make arrangements to fix the unit.
