Nick from Star Plumbing was incredible!!! I had a real emergency!!! A main line blockage that when I ran my washing machine produced a flood of waste water that backed up into my laundry room and ran into the hallway. Not good! Nick actually "answered" my phone call and was at my home in less than 3 hours. He then proceeded to analyze, snake, map out the piping routes, analyze some more, snake again from multiple locations to find it. He found it but couldn't break through so he had to bring in the big guns. The BIG snake!!!! That blew past it. Thank God, lol. He had to remove a slop sink, cut
