Pat and his team have been absolutely amazing to work with during our year long farmhouse renovation. We had a complicated project: our house is 175 years old, it needed new duct work throughout the home, dual HVAC systems, new plumbing installed and new gas lines run. But Pat wasn't afraid to think outside of the box and come up with a good and affordable plan for us. Their prices are fair, they're very responsive, and the quality of work is top notch. AC system stopped cooling on a Wednesday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Technicians were onsite Thursday morning to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately due to the age of the system and type of refrigerant the system couldn’t be repaired. Metro was able work their schedule to get a new system onsite and installed that Friday so we would have a working system for the holiday weekend. Metro provided awesome customer service. I would highly recommend Pat and his team.

Metro Mechanical is top notch. Our Carrier heating unit was not running effectively and the temps outside were dropping below zero and the inside of our home was getting colder. After our AC went out, metro mechanical was not only the most personal contractor we’ve ever used, but also spent time educating us on why they recommend the equipment for our specific house. They were not you average pushy salesman which is why I had full trust in their work.
They installed a new outdoor unit and furnace for a very compatible and fair price which has worked amazing. Their office staff was excellent in setting up an appointment and finalizing paperwork after the install. Highly recommend!

Polite, professional and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my whole house propane Furnace. I called to make an appointment. They made an appointment right away on 12/11/2020. They arrived on time with masks on and all the tools they needed. They diagnosed the problem showing me what was wrong. They gave me several options that were available. They did not have the furnace part as my Furnace is very old. They researched where the part was available. they came back with the part and fixed the furnace. Everything worked perfect . We just moved into a new house and there was no hot water. They showed up the next day and said we needed a new hot water heater and the copper piping needed work. It was clear the copper piping was a mess.
They were here the next day with a new hot water heater and by 3 pm they were done and installed.
The final charges were the same as the estimate.
They were prompt, professional and clean.
I have used them for years in other houses i have owned and would recommend them to anybody.

We have used Metro Mechanical for many years, maintenance and repair on our 15+ year old system, both heating and cooling. Most companies would just want to sell us a new system because it’s easier.
