I have had great luck with FS. Derrick Oyervides did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet. We then decided to have two new toilets installed. Derrick’s work ethic is perfection! Kept our house clean, worked diligently and thoroughly. At the end of his work, he double checked his work for completeness, made sure he had all his tools and made sure the work area was clean.
Recommend a pay raise or bonus compensation for Derrick. Thanks for the a great job!

My one year inspection was just done, sorry I don’t remember the technician’s name but he was very nice. The young lady who does the scheduling and reminder call is very nice also. The annual inspection fee of $289 hurts a bit but it is required for the warranty to be honored. They installed my heat and air unit last year and I have had nothing but good dealings with everyone.
