I needed some existing window screens installed and Josh was referred to me. First of all, he arrived on time. He was very professional and finished the project with ease. The work he performed was by no means sloppy. While he was there, I asked him to measure the windows that had no screens and because I was so impressed with his overall work, I am having him make and install screens for those windows! I must say, I already know that I will be satisfied with that job also.

Josh did a great job helping to hang our Christmas lights this year. We have an uneven front yard that makes hanging them on the gutters very difficult. He was on-time, professional, and did a very quality job. Just talking with him, I can tell he is very qualified in many of the trades from carpentry to HVAC. I know who to call now when I need help with projects. Thank you!

For the past 5 years I have been working and recommending Josh with Paterbuilt. His lead qualities are just the most important ones in my opinion - He is honest, reliable, hard working, kind and courteous, and also not pricy.
I wish I could duplicate him, since he is, hands down, the contractor I will always want to work with!
