Chris and his team just completed a total multi-tiered flat roof replacement for our 100+ year old DC row house and did an incredible job. Luis managed the project on-site and went above and beyond, working an extra half-day on Saturday, to ensure that the job was done and done well (including unexpected replacement of a window frame, etc). Highly recommend-- especially for older homes.

Chris and his team have been awesome to work with. We were referred by other neighbors who had their roofs installed by Complete and they were very happy in working with him so we called for a quote. He quoted us cheaper than the other quote we had and he was quick, super straight forward, and his work was impeccable. I have heard about nightmare issues with DC row houses like mine, but these guys know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Before selecting a roofing contractor for our house, I researched roofers who were reputable and had a solid track record of replacing flat roofs in DC. Our house was built in 1899, and it has three levels of flat roof. Each level has its own quirks and idiosyncrasies. Our goal was to replace the roof with a high efficiency roof and then install solar panels.

As the owner of multiple properties that are older than 100 years, I have dealt with many tradespeople and contractors. In my experience, Chris and his crew are in a superior class and do an outstanding job. They are hardworking, meticulous and honest. Their communication is excellent and their follow through is unmatched. I have found it difficult to find roofers that specialize in the flat roof of a row house, but that is one of Complete Roofing Solutions’ specialties. If you are looking for a local roofer who is trustworthy and diligent, I can’t recommend these guys enough.
