Unreliable, poor communication, does not follow through. No call no showed to appt for a quote. When called about missing the appt, Abi came later that day and provided a quote. I then had to obtain HOA approval for the project. Project was approved and I reached out to set a date for it to be completed. Received excuse after excuse. Weeks later now and no further communication from Abi. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

My wife and I recently had Property Pros do a couple jobs at our house. They did Luxury Vinyl planks on our 2nd floor as well as the stairs and we had the paint the exterior of our house. Both jobs were finished within a week and with high quality.
Abi showed up everyday to check in their work and progress. Top notch and professional customer service.

Property pros did an amazing job. My house looks new again. They were professional and did the work quickly and the clean up was exceptional. I received many quotes and Property Pros was not the cheapest and not the most expensive. They worked with me to fit my budget and i am extremely pleased. I would highly recommend them for your painting and flooring needs. I plan on redoing my kitchen and also BBQ Grill and will be using them for my projects going forward.

Property pros improvements just installed 1200 sq ft of tile in my home and it looks amazing!! They also did it for $2000 less than the other quote I received. We will be using them to paint our home also!! We had a great experience with Abi , Carlos and the installers .. we would 100% recommend them for all your flooring and painting needs!!

We met with Carlos who was very nice and accomodating. After getting quotes for flooring and painting, they were much higher in flooring and demo, but decided we would use them for paint. Once we were told that would work, I was then contacted saying the painting price would be increased by $2000. So since we were going with someone else who was significantly cheaper fir other stuff, they suddenly increased their paint quote. Nit a good way to do business.
