Went for a piece of plexiglass and ended up with lexan. They didn't want to cut a full sheet of plexi so they had a scrap piece of lexan they give me for the price of plexi.

They sold me the wrong glass, an when I tried to get my money back for their mistake I was denied, I told the lady this wasn’t right an she laughed an said we been here 40 years, that I wasn’t gonna affect them, kinda sad. I’m a single father of 4 living paycheck to paycheck, an they did this, if they would have ordered the right glass I would of never had to bring it back. I do not recommend, Ps I’m using my ex’s google account

Would not aloud me to drop my car off and go to work because I have a breath machine in my car and they refused and said it was ain’t gence the law
Went up there again early to see like they said fix me in sense they wouldn’t drive my car in garage I was told they couldn’t do it today because I canceled last appointment

I used Sulphur Glass to replace my windshield. They did replace it in a timely manner. My complaint is they didn’t clean anything after the job. On the outside I had dirt, glue, and black marks all around my windshield and front doors. The inside was worse. I had mud from their feet all over my carpet, side door panels, etc. Dash was flithy and had black grease marks. I notified the manager and showed him. He said he will talk to his guys.

Great service! I was going to get my inspection done by some cat closer towards Texas to avoid having to get a new windshield but I went ahead, talked to Chuck and he impressed me with how quick, affordable, and quality it was! All these other reviews with the windows not being clean and what not is some MALARKEY ! I don’t think my window has ever been this clean. Thanks y’all!

Wife’s back window of her 2018 Escape was shattered by a fallen branch. Sulphur Glass repaired it pretty cheap but left greasy paw prints on the inside trim and now the back hatch door won’t open. Is it because a wire connection is just hanging there, not connected? Don’t know what or where it’s connection is. Brought it back to them and after a whole day they tell my wife that the hatch was like that when they got it the 1st time. Kinda hard to believe. Never getting our business again and we know a lot of people in Sulphur, Lake Charles, Carlys, North, South, East & West!
